These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of purlmark.com (the "Site") operated by Purlmark. By accessing or purchasing from our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products

All products are custom-made on demand through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. As a result:

  • Products are made specifically for each order and may not be eligible for returns due to sizing errors on the customer's part — please review size guides carefully before ordering.
  • Colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to monitor settings and print production.
  • AI-assisted design elements are proprietary to Purlmark and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout via Shopify's payment platform.

4. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are sent to our fulfillment partner after payment is confirmed. Production typically begins within 1–3 business days. Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

5. Shipping

Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. We ship primarily within the United States, with select international shipping available. Purlmark is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because all items are made to order:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.
  • Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded — please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, AI-generated imagery, and content on this Site are the intellectual property of Purlmark. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without explicit written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Purlmark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
